Twillio is a global customer engagement platform used by thousands of businesses and more than ten million developers worldwide to build unique, personalized experiences for their customers. In 2020, Twillio committed to continuously act and implement DE&I practices on all omnichannel networks. To support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives on social platforms, we worked alongside social media managers to strategize Pride Month and Women’s History Month campaigns.

The overarching concept behind both campaign visuals was “fluidity”. We created social media templates that used abstract shapes and colors to represent each movement correlating with each month, with the end goal to strike viewer engagement.
Each social campaign template was created for Linked in and Instagram. Twillio’s content team would use the asset templates created as visual support to the primary messaging for each month.
