Kaizer Anthony Living

Kaizer Anthony Living, an international collection of boutique properties for short-term stays or events, needed a cohesive system to ensure the Kaizer Anthony brand was instantly recognizable across each estate. To achieve this, we developed a set of marketing collateral and brand guidelines that could be applied consistently across all existing properties and easily adapted for future ones. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the website developers to design custom layouts, while also creating branding materials for brokers to use during property tours, as well as marketing assets tailored for potential clients and prospects.

Kaizer Anthony Living properties in Nigeria offer a full-service hospitality experience, complete with catering, delivery, and dining services for all guests. For The Venetian, one of the flagship properties, we developed customized menus and service package templates to elevate the guest experience. 

These brochure and menu designs have been created as templates that will be consistently used across the entire Kaizer Anthony Living portfolio, including properties like Bogota, Astoria, Hutchins Landing, and beyond, ensuring a cohesive and refined experience across all locations.
